Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was just what I needed for a quick visit to Como to enjoy the Christmas lights and markets. The room, although a bit dated, was clean and had comfortable beds. It served its purpose well for our one-night stay. The location was a bit distant from the center and the lake, but the friendly service and clean facilities made up for it.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious, especially the bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the soundproofing was not the best, as I could hear people in neighbouring rooms and on the stairs in the corridor.
The hotel is not so great in terms of soundproofing as you can hear noises from other rooms and the corridor, though the rooms are clean, tidy, and easily reachable with the elevator. The service is super helpful and friendly, especially Natália who was very kind. The location, although vibrant with electrical devices, is close to a main street with many bus lines. The dining experience was barely adequate but acceptable. Overall, the facilities are well-kept and satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a huge old Italian stone vibe, which was comfortable, clean, and basic. However, the ground-level location led to occasional noise at night, requiring me to keep the windows shut. On the bright side, the rooms had efficient air conditioning and very comfortable beds.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and basic, although not soundproofed, which made it a bit noisy at times. The service was top-notch, with very nice and helpful staff. The location, while slightly out of the way in some dark streets, was still within walking distance of the city. The dining experience was a mix, with some good options but also some disappointing dishes. Overall, a decent place to stay with minor drawbacks.
